Went after a night out, the drive through was open and it wasn't too busy. My friends and I all got 4 for 4s (because why wouldn't you -- what a steal) and one of them was one nugget and a straw short. Granted we were there late at night, so I feel for the person working that late shift.
Overall, I wasn't too impressed, but hell yeah I'd stop there again after a night out in the city! -

okay so here's the sitch ladies n gents. our order: two 4 for 4s and two small frosties. what we got: 1 and a quarter worth of a 4 for 4 and two frosty cups with less than a shot glass of ice cream.

not to mention how we got told to wait four times while ordering. -

If you're in a hurry and looking for something quick- don't stop here. This place moves slooooooow.
Staff do not know how to move customers.
Staff handling food then money and food again - without washing hands or replacing gloves.
Staff asked if we wanted ice in our drinks, as the public machine didn't have any.
The self-serve pop machine where you can pick all the option - that wasn't stocked with coke or Diet Coke. We had to go back to the front to get pop (they were really busy when we left, so we didn't get a refill).
The restaurant was dirty. In about the 30 minutes we were there No one went out to clean (as we were leaving, staff sat down at a dirty table to eat). There was food on the floor, the soda machine touch screen looked like it hasn't been clean at all.
The men's restroom was also dirty.

Food was poorly cooked. The 101 pops machine was out of just about every pop. How does that even happen? Very slow.

Don't go to this Wendy's if you're in a rush. After events downtown, there's usually a really long wait. Just a few cars can be in the line and it still takes forever. The people that work there seem nice enough, but this speed problem had gone on four years, so it's really just about mismanagement.
The food is usually good, but again, the wait is the problem. It's not like this is the best Wendy's meal you will ever have, but it will be the longest that you have ever waited for. If you are in a rush, do yourself a favor and go further on down the street. Only problem is, this is the only Wendy's really in the immediate area and they seem to know it.
Even when the line is short, there is sometimes a ridiculous wait. If you crave Wendy's, just bring it downtown with you and save yourself the frustration.
